You’re going to learn a little more about me below, but if you don’t know me already, my name is Rick Kaselj, and I’ve been a Kinesiologist and health and fitness specialist for 24 years.

I have extensive experience developing exercise programs that help people improve their health, reduce and eliminate pain, and get back to happier, healthier lives.

You need to be careful because, especially these days with the Internet making it so easy, there are many inexperienced people creating and selling exercise programs that just don’t work!

  • I make my programs as close as possible to a real, in-person session with me. This means I show you precisely how to do each exercise, with multiple viewpoints and angles so you can clearly see how to do it yourself. And in every one of my programs, you will have EVERYTHING you need to do the routines properly. You will know EXACTLY what order to do the exercises in. You will know EXACTLY how many times to do each stretch and exercise. You will know EXACTLY how many sets to do. You will know EXACTLY what intensity you should do each exercise with. You will know EXACTLY how your body should feel when you do each exercise correctly. Nothing will be left out – you will have no guesswork or confusion about what to do.

Doing this 8-minute exercise routine on a consistent basis delivers these additional benefits too:

This exercise routine uses resistance and strength training, which help build lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass you have, the higher your basal metabolic rate, which means you will burn more calories automatically, throughout the day.
