Most of these foods are filled with added sugars and fat, which contributes to a higher risk of obesity. In addition to cancer prevention, obesity has been associated with an increased probability for heart disease and other chronic diseases.

KEEP IN MIND: You could JUST have an upset stomach!
But how can you tell the difference?

Obviously, you should always consult a doctor if you’re suffering from recurring digestive issues. That should be your plan for any lingering ailment, but if you’re looking for a natural digestive solution (something to start immediately), then daily nutrition is the most important factor to consider.

Take someone like Linda for example…

I met her at an educational event a number of years ago.
