With hypertension, your heart is constantly pumping with more force than your arteries can take comfortably.

It basically turns your arteries into rusty pipes.

Cholesterol builds to make passageways even narrower, while your blood pressure continues to increase, and it quickly builds itself towards a catastrophic conclusion.

The nervous system senses a problem and works with your kidneys to decrease the amount of blood fluid, but that sudden change in blood flow throws your ENTIRE BODY into crisis mode.

REMEMBER: Blood delivers nutrients and oxygen to every cell in your body.

It powers everything that makes up you… And while in deprivation, your body goes into overdrive to prepare for potential danger/withdraw, and that makes everything worse.

It actually causes all of your cells to demand even more nutrition.

Making your heart beat faster and increasing your already high blood-pressure!

It’s the same issue your doctor has to resolve...

Most pharmaceuticals lower blood pressure in a similar fashion, which risks potential crisis mode again. Some research even suggests that certain common medicines actually INCREASE your risk of death from heart attack or stroke.

Not to mention, drugs open their own can of side-effect problems (like living through pain that attacks your kidney, liver and gastrointestinal system). Too many people die from complications before their heart problems even worsen.

It can be extremely fatal.

But do NOT immediately start blaming your doctors...

They’re in a tough situation without any good option. I feel for them too.

Doctors want the best for you, but in this case, they can either prescribe a drug or suggest surgery. That’s about it.

We all know surgeries are painful, expensive and also potentially deadly.

But doing nothing could be equally risky.

It’s a ticking time bomb. What’s a good doctor to do?

All they can do… Go with the best option (at that moment) and suggest a lifestyle change. Then it’s hoping for the best.
