Update on Shipping Timelines Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis
Please note that our warehouse is fully operational and is working double time to make sure that orders of Digital + Printed Book are processed in a timely manner. Our warehouse has reported, however, that due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, shipping providers have had delays in the delivery of packages.
Please note that we utilize a variety of shipping partners to include UPS and USPS. Kindly check the sites below for any updates on our shipping partners' present delivery timeframes.
#1 – When can I expect to receive my printed copy of the cookbook in the mail?
If you ordered the Digital + Printed Book option, please note that it usually takes the warehouse about 1 – 3 business days to prepare and ship out your order. We use the U.S. Postal Service, and what we have found is their expected mailing times are as follows:
- If you live in the continental U.S., it will take 3 – 5 business days to receive your order after being shipped.
- If you live in another part of North America (e.g. Canada, Mexico or states outside of the continental U.S.), it can sometimes take 7 – 14 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
- If you live outside of North America (e.g. Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia), it can take 14 – 20 business days to arrive after being shipped.
If for some reason you have been waiting for your printed cookbook longer than these expected delivery times (as described above), then please email us at support@ExercisesForInjuries.com, or call us at 1-888-291-2430. I want to make sure you receive everything you ordered.
#2 – When will I receive my email with download details?
Within the next 15 minutes or so, you will receive an email (in the email address you used when placing your order) that gives you access to the download page. Please save this email with the download details, and mark it as important so you can easily access it when needed.
#3 – What if I don’t see the email from Rick?
Check the Trash or Junk folder for the copy of your cookbook. The message containing the copy of your cookbook may have been flagged as trash, spam, or junk.
#4 – How do I ensure that I receive future updates to my program?
When these updates are available, you will be notified by email. Therefore, please make sure you add news@ExercisesForInjuries.com and news@ExercisesForInjuries.net to your email program to ensure you receive important access updates! Click here for a quick and easy guide on how to add these emails now…
#5 – What if I have additional questions?
If you have an order question or other concerns, please send an email to support@ExercisesForInjuries.com, or call 1-888-291-2430 (toll free in the USA and Canada), or send SMS to 1-888-229-4992. We will get back to you within 1 business day.
When emailing or sending a message, please include the name and email address you used in placing your order and your order number.
#6 – What Will Appear On My Credit Card?
Your credit card statement will show a charge from EX4INJURIE* EX4INJURIE KELOWNA BC
It might also appear as:
- EX4INJURIES.CO 8882912430 BC
- EX4INJURIE* EX4INJURIE KELOWNA

You can look for these payment descriptors on your credit card statement to identify Exercises For Injuries transactions. See complete list of payment descriptors for Exercises For Injuries here.

At the bottom of each and every email I send you, there is an unsubscribe link you can use to unsubscribe. Please note, if you unsubscribe from my emails, I won͛t be able to send you updates to the program and other important information.
