How is this different from other warm up programs out there?
First, most other warm up programs recommend routines that are outdated, ineffective, and some… downright dangerous. The Primer Workout System is a method of warming up that comprehensively and properly prepares, activates, loosens, and lubricates ALL of the muscles that you will use in your upcoming workout. This is why you can expect a superior level of protection against injuries and an increase in your performance and results. Additionally, my program has been carefully crafted, based on years of research and real-world testing, and it includes ONLY the necessary stretches, movements and exercises you need, with instructions on how to do them in just the right sequence, with the right number of reps and sets. These are things I could have only learned over long periods of time spent testing this system in the real world! How long does it take to do a Primer Workout?
Each Primer Workout is designed to take 5 - 10 minutes to complete before your workout. It may take a little longer in the beginning as you’re learning the stretches and movements, but you’ll have it down to 5 or 10 minutes in no time because these movements and sequences are very easy to learn. The power of this program is not in the actual exercises or stretches you do, but in WHICH ones you do (and which you don’t), the ORDER in which you do them, and HOW you do them… all of which I demonstrate step-by-step in careful detail in the program.
How long until I see results?
Although everyone is different and will experience different results, many people experience better results and start feeling better within just 7 days.
Who is this program suitable for?
This program is designed for anyone who does any kind of exercise or working out. We all need to warm up before we move our bodies and demand vigorous activity from them. This program is designed to give you a whole new way to warm up that is not only safer and prevents injuries better than traditional warm ups, but can also increase your power, performance and results in your workouts and exercise.
Can I perform the Primer Workouts if I’ve had an injury or surgery?
The answer to this is very individual. It depends on what type of injury or surgery you’ve had and how you’ve recovered from them. It is best to ask your surgeon or doctor to see which Primer Workouts you should do or avoid.
Are the stretches and movements difficult to perform?
Not at all. These are simple and natural movements that you will easily “get” after one or two viewings of the videos.
Do I need a gym membership or any special equipment?
No. You can do these Primer Workout warm ups in your home with just a few a common household items, like chairs, etc.
Do I have to watch all of the videos all in one sitting?
No, you can watch the videos whenever you like (even at 3 am), do parts and pieces whenever you have time, do everything at your own pace, and re-visit any aspects of the videos anytime.
Can I burn the videos onto a DVD?
Yes, you can! You can download the videos to your computer and then burn them to a blank DVD. This allows you to watch the videos on a DVD player at home, on your laptop, or on a different computer that has a DVD drive.
How long does it take to get my DVDs?
If you order the DIGITAL + DVDs package, it typically takes the warehouse 1 - 3 business days to prepare and ship out your package. We use the U.S. Postal Service, and what we have found is their expected mailing times are as follows:
- If you live in the continental U.S., it will take 3 - 5 business day to receive your package after it’s been shipped.
- If you live in another part of North America (e.g. Canada, Mexico, or states outside of the continental U.S.), it can take 7 - 14 business days for the package to arrive at your address, after it’s been shipped.
- If you live outside of North America (e.g. Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia), it can take 14 - 20 business days to arrive, after it’s been shipped.
